Please note that for the UK the prices you see in the shop are the prices you pay - delivery is £2.95 and orders placed over £75.00 are Free to UK addresses.

If we have the item you have ordered in stock then delivery should take no more than 2 working days. Where we don't have an item in stock we try to specify an accurate delivery time in the Availability/Delivery column for the particular item (please note that we are at the mercy of our suppliers and sometimes the delivery time may be longer than estimated). Orders (small and in-expensive items) which are shipped using Royal Mail are always shipped First Class post which means your order should be with you in
2 working days if we have the item in stock. Although goods are sent 1st class mail please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us in the event your order has been despatched but not arrived with you. Please note that we cannot send replacement items for missing parcels until they have been missing within the postal service for 10 working days at which point we may declare them lost.

Orders over a certain weight will be sent by our delivery service 'Fast Away' and should arrive next day. Please note all parcels must be signed for and an extra charge may occur if the parcel has to be re-sent. Please note that once a parcel has been delivered where you specify an parcel has been signed for we can not be held responsible if the parcel goes missing.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For any orders off mainland UK have a delvery charge of £5.95.

Zone 1 is priced at £9.95. This includes Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. This is a 2-3 day service.

Zone 2 is priced at £15.95. This includes Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands and Eire. This is a 3-4 day service.

Any orders outside of these zones will be emailed their surcharge for acceptance.

Due to the current risk of credit card fraud no deliveries are currently being accepted to Indonesia, Morocco and Nigeria.
